Mexican food is not just tacos and chili, my friend.
Discover the scintillating (and invariably spicy) flavors of Mexico. What's fascinating about Mexican cuisine is that each region or city has its own specialty – like cochinita pibil (Yucatan) and huevos rancheros (Sonora).
Mexican cuisine is not for the faint of heart. But, if you have an adventurous spirit, eat on, and you will be rewarded with a gastronomic experience you will not likely forget.
For those who are not so fond of the chilis Mexico is renowned for, take heart. You can always ask the cook to tone down the spiciness, or remove the chilis altogether.
A word to the wise: at the beginning of your visit, take it easy with the spices and always drink bottled wate. Let your stomach adjust to its new environment first.
